Our team combines hands-on septic experience with local knowledge of Statesboro and Southeast Georgia. Wade, Caleb, and Tori each have a different role, but they share the same straightforward approach to customer service.
Wade grew up outside Statesboro and built his career around equipment, property work, and septic systems in Southeast Georgia. He especially enjoys troubleshooting difficult system problems and explaining what is happening underground in terms a homeowner can understand. Away from work, he spends much of his free time outdoors and helping maintain family property in the area.
Caleb handles field work ranging from tank service to repair and installation projects. A Bulloch County local, he has a patient approach to equipment work and is usually the person double-checking access and site conditions before digging begins. On weekends, he enjoys fishing the smaller rivers and ponds around Southeast Georgia.
Tori helps customers turn a description like 'the yard smells wrong' or 'everything is draining slowly' into useful information for the field team. She grew up in Southeast Georgia and knows the communities and rural roads around the Statesboro area well. Outside work, she enjoys gardening and hosting Sunday meals for her extended family.
Most septic calls begin with symptoms rather than a known diagnosis. Tori gathers the basic information, including what the customer has noticed, where the property is located, and anything known about previous pumping or repairs. Wade or Caleb can then approach the visit with useful context instead of starting cold.
In the field, we focus on the parts of the system relevant to the problem and explain what the conditions suggest. If routine maintenance is appropriate, we say so. If the system needs repair or a larger project, we explain why and what the proposed work is intended to address.
