Careers
Septic work is hands-on, outdoors, and different from property to property. We look for dependable people who communicate well, respect customers' land, work safely around equipment, and are willing to learn the details of onsite wastewater systems.
What We Look For
- Care about the work. We want people who take pride in doing septic repair properly, not just quickly.
- Straight talk with customers. You will be in someone's home or business explaining what you found. Plain language beats jargon.
- Reliability. Showing up when you said you would matters more here than any single line on a resume.
- Respect for the property. Protecting the space, cleaning up, and leaving it better than you found it.
- Safety, every time. Following safe practice is part of the job, not an extra.
Experience in septic repair or a related trade helps. If you have the attitude and not yet the trade experience, say so, because we do train.
